Bedazzled

How do you solve a problem like Maria? And by Maria, I mean my husband. And by problem, I mean blurry pictures. Sometimes they're crystal clear and he impresses even myself. Other times though, they look like the hot mess below. I mean, what did you take this with, a banana?

Cardigan- Forever 21 // Tank- Target // Coated Skinnies- Target // Scarf- Walmart // Boots c/o Oasap

I got this scarf from Walmart waaay back when. I bought the thing in the first place because I was desperate for a leopard print scarf and it was only $3. But I always had to tuck it under like an infinity scarf when I wore it because hated the bedazzled-ness on the bottom. This is not the third grade and I am not infatuated with all things sparkle. Buuut I don't know, I thought I'd give it a try and it seems to work with this outfit. Maybe because it breaks up all the black? Hmm...I probably still won't wear it like this often.

And I know I already went on and on about these boots on Monday but I am completely smitten. {I love that word} I'll probably wear these out real quick.  Every time I get something new, I wear it nearly everyday. I'm like a kid with a new toy! Until next time...

P.S. Holy effing shizz, guys. What is this Bitstrip nonsense?? Is everyone else's FB newsfeed polluted with it? What is it, just like comics of yourself? Why is that fun? Fun enough that literally everyone is involved? I would literally have to unfriend everyone I know to weed them out and I'd be left on Facebook by myself. Stop it!
P.P.S. Anyone catch last night's American Horror Story? Weird.

  1. Lol a Banana. I think they look good but I'm on my iPhone so.. Lol.
Maybe he needs a tripod for more stable picture? Or he had the wrong setting lol
    Cute outfit nonetheless

  7. The scarf looks nice, even with all its bedazzle-ness! I like how you incorporated browns with the scarf and boots, in otherwise black outfit.

Quick question: which camera do you have?! I am thinking about investing in a nice camera, and don't wanna spend the money without doing good research. I love how your pics turn out, so thought I should start by asking you. :)

  8. I have a Canon Rebel EOS....or something like that. lol You would think a Canon Rebel would just be a Canon Rebel but they make like 20 different types with different numbers and letters at the end. Did they run out of names to give them in the naming department? I don't know. But, it was a hand-me-down from my sister because she wanted a Nikon so I'm not sure how much it was. I don't think it's super cheap but I believe you can get them refurbished and save a butt ton of money (that's an official term) :) P.S. I think your pics are already fab!

  10. Haha well, maybe I'm just being picky. Some of them are like focused on my bun and the rest of me is just kinda hanging out all blurry. I will say, DSLRs can be temperamental in manual mode so I cut him a break ;) Thanks for stopping by!

  11. Haha..my thoughts exactly! Since I started looking into DSLR cameras, I have been wondering why didn't they come up with unique names for each, it gets so confusing after a while. I would spend hours researching and comparing two and next day I still would have hard time recalling their exact names or numbers. :p

Thank you for getting back to me Lindsey! I really appreciate it. :) I will for sure look into the refurbished ones first. You are too sweet. Thank you for saying that, it helps calm the "I need it right now" Sukhi down. :p I might not make the investment for a while, unless I come about an amazing deal. :)

  16. Haha, I also have issues with blurry photos. The pains and trials of using a tripod and remote I guess.

Love the boots by the way!

  22. Thank you! Oasap has so much that I love! And maybe that's my problem, I need a tripod! I don't have a tripod or a remote. I've used my timer before but those seemed to be even worse. Thanks for stopping by!

  26. No problem. But a remote is definitely the best 30 dollars you will ever spend in your life if you don't have someone to take pics of you. It's so much easier!
